I have an issue concerning Track in CRM.
When i use it for an appointment in my calendar, it works fine but when i create an appointment on the shared calendar of outlook, i can't see the button Track in CRM. What needs to be done?
Why can't i Track the appointments created on the shared calendar?
Any hotfix for this?
I'm using CRM 4.0 version.

Unfortunately it's not possible to track items from shared folders.

Maybe it's a bug in CRM 4.0 and they will release a hotfix?

I'm sure it's not a bug, and there isn't a hotfix in the works as far as I know. It would be a nice piece of added functionality, and you can suggest it at http://connect.microsoft.com in the Dynamics product suggestion program.
