I have to build the workflows based the queues..In service tickets plse suggest on this
I have created the queues like Claims, Business development, Marketing etc..
Claims Under that we have few users 1.A, 2.B 3.C
Marketing under that we have few users like 1. D 2.E 3.F 4.G
based ont hat have to build the work flow.. can you please suggest how it works

i'm confusion with Resouce group, Queues and Teams in CRM 2011.
First I created the Few teams like : Sales Team and Marketing Team.
Sales Team have Lead: Ramesh under hime we have three resources.
Base don the quees ramesh automatically routes who is free for handling the particular service ticket.. for this how i can handle through queues?
