Quick Campaign - How to populate customer names into emails?
- I tried copy and pasting from an email template where it would populate the customer name but it does not work.
Is there a way to add in the customer's name to an email created by using a quick campaign?
In a template if you want the full name to appear you would put {!User : Full Name;}
(Using CRM 3.0 rollup 3)

You will need to do a send direct so you can use a template.
Or
Write your own plugin to modify the e-mail before it's sent and place your own tokens in the e-mail. Example
Dear |first name|
Now you write your own plugin to replace the toke |first name| with the records attribute.
