    Hello guys,

    [SOLVED]
Evertime somebody sends an e-mail from CRM, in the subject CRM:xxxxxxx (xxxxxx is a number) is added.
It's not very professional when a customer recieves a mail like that.

Is there a way to avoid it being send with the CRM:xxxxxxx added, and still be linked in CRM ?
    [END SOLVED]

    Second headache :
    Tasks
When the end-date of a task is reached, even when it's not completed.
When you filled in a reminder-date (and time) Outlook does not give me a message.

    Hi, Jochen.

This xxxxxxx is token. You can switch of it trough Settings - Administration - System Settings - Email Tab and uncheck Use tracking token.

    Hi Jochen,

yes, you can disable the token from the E-Mail. In an english system go to settings/administration/system settings on the tab E-Mail. There you can disable the tracking token.

    Thx for your answers !!!
    Damn, you're quick !!!

A more difficult one now :  When online CRM (Outlook) is in Dutch (like it should be), but when offline, it changes to English :-(

    Hi, Jochen.

Have you installed latest Rollups? Last one - Rollup 7 fixes a lot of Outlook client issues.
