Error with CRM 2011 outlook client configuration

I am getting the above error when configuring CRM 2011 outlook client in the client machine, which is windows 7.
I am able to access my CRM using IE, but outlook client installed, not able to configure because of this error.
Even its not logging any error messages in the crm trace log directory after enabling trace in client machine.
We are using CRM 2011on premise which is installed in Windows 2008 R2 64 bit
serverAny help much appreciated..

Hi Ashish,
Try these 2 things and see whether it solves your issue:
1) Repair the Windows Live Essentials (if installed) installation and restart the computer. If this does not solve the problem, Uninstall Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 for Microsoft Office Outlook, repair Office installation, reinstall CRM Outlook Client and restart the computer.
2) Check the time on the server and the client machine. The time on the server and on the client machine may not be in sync.
