Best Way to Import Just a Workflow?

I created a workflow on a test machine. I'd like to move it over to the production machine, but am wondering if there is a way to move just this workflow over rather than the entire solution? And preferably without creating yet another solution?

In CRM 2011, Solutions are the only way of transporting customisations; including Workflows.
- Create new solution
- Add Workflow
- Export from Test
- Import into Production
The whole process shouldn't take longer than 5 minutes and provides a supported, safe mechanism for migration - why the reluctance?

Hi David,
You need to create a solution in order to import workflows in CRM 2011.
