    Hello Forum

    I'm using the function convert mail to lead within Outlook. Everythin fine, but it fills my full name into the last name field and the first name stays empty. Any ideas why?

    This is default functionality of Microsoft CRM.

    If you want to change this functionality, you will have to write a custom plugin.
