Hello - I'm getting an error report from a production user. These are the test steps reported by the user:
1. Open a Contact
2. Open a Company
3. Open an Activity
4. Close the Contact with browser x
5. Close the Company with browser x
6. Close the Activity with browser x
After the user performs these test steps the browser displays an error message at the bottom:
"A problem with this webpage caused Internet Explorer to close and reopen the tab"
I've seen this issue in the past although I haven't seen this issue in a while. I don't remember what caused the issue for me in the past but I seem to remember that the pages were performing slowly at the time and maybe some process was getting locked?
I need to be able to understand and explain the root cause of this issue, if it has any impact besides being annoying and how to prevent this error if possible. Do you know how to address this error?
