CRM 2011: R8 "CRM Anywhere" release. Cross browser support not enabled

All,
After installing R8, is there anything I need to do to enable cross browser support? I tried loading CRM in both browsers, Firefox and Chrome, with no success.
OS: Windows 7 with Firefox 12 and Chrome 20.0.1123.4 dev-m

Hi Rafael,
Rollup 8 is not the 'R8' release I'm afraid. The R8 release also known as the 'Q2 2012 Service Release' is projected to be released to the download centre on the 24th of May and will be rollup 9. Keep an eye on this page for further details.

It does not appear that the cross browser functionality is included in UR8.

Looks like the cross browser functionality is due out with Service Update 8/Q2 2012 Service Update, later this month.
