How do I show the icon Workflows in my workplace? I have Duplicate Detection shown and can look at the results from there...
I can see my Workflows in Settings, but do I need to go there everytime?

open workflow entity and then mark it to display in workplace. you will get all workflows into workplace.

Thanks for the reply. That worked for a new entity, but is not what I am trying to accomplish. I may not have described what I want correctly. I am trying to understand HOW to do these types of customization. Unfortunately, what I think they should be called and where I should find them, are not what the system thinks. I understand and am good at customizing forms, entities, etc. but being able to gain knowledge on other things is why I'm at the forum. I've just started workflows; understand the concept and now trying to implement (and retrieve) the information.
I would like to put Workflows (as a sub-category) under My Work after Duplicate Detection. That sub-category would have all my workflows contained in it. Is this possible? Is there something to "turn on"? enable?
My workplace has the following categories:
1. My Work
a. Activities
b. Calendar
c. Queues
d. Articles
e. Reports
F. Announcements
g. Imports
h. Duplicate Detrection
[i. Workflows - I want to add this]
2. Customers
a. Accounts
b. Contacts
3. Sales
a. Marketing
b. Leads
c. Opportunities
etc.
4. Service
a. Cases
etc.
5. Extensions
a. Grooming Schools
b. Lead Audits - added this based on Imran's response
(I am only using numbers and alpha characters to delineate the structure)
PS - I'm a creative type using the other side of my brain.
