Creating Goals

I just have a quick question when it comes to creating goals. Are you able to create one goal and assign that one goal to your entire sales staff but on an individual level? For example, I want to create 1 goal for $500,000 for the year for each sales person. I don't want to have to create 37 goals too assign to every sales rep we have. From what I can tell and from my searching that is the only way to go about it. It seems each goal created is assigned to 1 owner and 1 manager. Is there a more efficient way or am I stuck creating the same goal 37 times and assigned it to a different person each time?
Thanks for the help, much appropriated.

You could try creating an on-demand workflow against the user entity. It could then create goal records based on the criteria you specify.
You could also use the import functionality to create them as well:

Thank you! I was able to export my Goal and save time by populating the same information in each row and just changing the owner name.
