we are using MS crm 2011
I have the following problem with email router
I have setup 2 queues
Q1 with mail mailbox firstname.lastname@example.org
Q2 with email email@example.com
Both of them are using email router for incoming and outgoing email access type
In both queues I have entered the user name and password
I have configured the incoming and outgoing profile
But q1 incoming profile works fine while the second one q2 give below error for the incomming profile
Incoming Status: Failure - The specified object was not found in the store. Verify that the specified user credentials
have Receive permission on the target mailbox.
I am using exchange 2007 and user specified for the access credential
we haved deployed the same mail box for queu 2 in crm 4.0 with email router and it was working fine with no error.
Can you please help?
