    I would Like to backup Database of Online CRM 2011. Can any one suggest me the way by which I can do the same...

    I'd recomend scribe online replication:

    www.scribesoft.com/online

    This will replicate all of your data from crm 2011 online to a local sql server database.

    There is a free version that you manually 'start' or a monthly subscription based version that can be schedule as often as every minute.

    CRM 2011 Online will not let you backup the organization database. 

    Can you describe what you are trying to achieve and what are you goals? Maintain High Availability, Disaster Recovery Requirements, Achieve Service Level Agreements?

    You can also read about the Global Foundation Services / Microsoft Data Centers. That may reassure you about the Microsoft's Cloud Infrastructure

    Check out as I know MS CRM Online allows you to duplicate all the data to an offline backup using Data Sync and Windows Identification Foundation. It requires identification configuration from the user. QED
