We have a user who is experiencing an odd issue... when he tries to track an email with a pdf attachment, it won't work at all. He has tried it with various sizes of pdf files, from 2KB up to 2-3MB and nothing will track. Word and Excel files work fine for him. He also says there is another user next to him experiencing the same issue.
I looked at CRM but I can't think of anything that would be preventing only pdf files. A different user tried tracking an email with an attached pdf and was able to do so. Is there anything that could be preventing pdf files from being tracked? I havn't look into it too deep yet, but I wanted to ask if anyone has ran into this issue before, or if someone mgiht be able to think of a reason pdf's wont track off of the top of their head.
