Tuesday, March 05, 2013 3:59 PMCurrently, we have successfully set up a CRM instance for Internet-facing Deployment (IFD) using Claims-based authentication. We now have the need for an additional organization (I'll call it Org B from here on out) to be exposed for External access using Claims-based authentication. Since we have IFD configured, and we are able to reach Org B internally, I assume we just need to add Relying Party Trusts for this new organization. Is this correct? What other configuration is necessary to expose this organization for external access?

In ADFS under Relying Party Trusts on the monitoring tab - if it is checked to monitor it should detect new organizations periodically and they should appear on the Identifiers tab. If not, close the window and click the trust and hit Update from Federation Metadata.
From there, setup your DNS so that orgb.domainname.com points to the external address of the CRM server.
