    Hi,

     

    Tried to install the crm 4.0 outlook add-in,

     

    BUT no CRM toolbar or CRM add-in visible,

     

    Checked the diagnostic tool and everything is working according to this tool.

     

    When i connect to the addresslist of CRM-Accounts it tells me that i have an error, but not what error.

     

    Nothing visible in the event logs.

     

    Please help, i can not figure out why this isn't working,

    Maybe there are other add-ons with outlook which are disabling the CRM addon. Have you checked outlook COM add-ins?
