How can I Reactivate a disabled user Dynamics 2011

Friday, January 25, 2013 6:18 PMWe are unable to access CRM via Outlook or Web because we disabled the administrator account as a CRM user. How can we re-activate that disabled admin account within CRM using PowerShell. Currently no-one can get into CRM.

Isn't there anyone else in the organization with administrator rights? It shouldn't be was possible to disable all administrator users in CRM.

Hi,
There is no other option to enable the system admin user, better create new organization in the deployment manager or try to import that organization.

you may be able to reactivate using SQL update , but this is not supported. I haven't done before.
