During install there is an optional step to include the Exchange Server.
When my instance of CRM 4 was installed, we left this option blank and now we wish to set it up.
How do I set up Exchange on a CRM server which has been installed in this manner? Am I just looking for an entry in Deployment Manager or something?
What does the install do when you enter the exchange server during the setup?
Friday, November 12, 2010 3:12 PMOwnerYou'll want to install the E-mail router. Once installed, you can configure it using the E-mail Router Configuration Manager. This is where you specify the Exchange server settings.
Friday, November 12, 2010 3:17 PMThanks. So presumably when you enter the exchange server during the standard CRM install it installs the router automatically. I wasn't sure what was going on behing the scenes there.
