I've a quick question.
Our customer which running a call center need to have several e-mail addresses for one operator. Because one operator have to reply as a several different conpany's person.
Can Dynamics CRM2011 user have a several e-mail addresses for 1 user?
If you have any answer , that would be great help for me!

The simpler thing you can do is Create a new entity called “UserEmail” and create 1:N relationship between the entity.
