When I try to run an out of the box report in our CRM 2011 instance, it generates fine. However, when I try to run a custom report that I built with the Report Wizard, it does not generate. I click Run Report, see the green circle and see the message "Report is generating", but then all I see is a blank screen. Here is a screenshot:
Our report server is on Update Rollup 11. Does anyone know what could be going on?! Thanks!

Can you check the Reporting Services log files (http://mscrmuk.blogspot.com/2012/11/reporting-services-log-files.html ) ? This may show a reporting services error which would provide more information.
If there are no errors, but the log indicates that report has been rendered, then the most likely cause is the report is returning no data - either becuase there is no data, or maybe the user doens't have rights to the data

Yes, I checked yesterday and all research, error logs on the Report server and event viewer messages on the CRM server point to the fact that it is an SPN issue. After trying the resolution steps in this article, we have had no luck in fixing the issue. I have logged a case with Microsoft and am waiting to hear back their reply. Thanks for your help, David!

Reports are back up. Just took the following steps, according to this article (https://community.dynamics.com/product/crm/f/117/t/87067.aspx):
- **Added the CRMAppService to the PrivReporting group in AD – This was required to run the SQL Server Reporting Services.
- Recycled the CRMAppPool
- Reset IIS on the CRM Server.
