I am trying to install the SrsDataConnector for CRM 2011.  When I get to the SSRS Instance name, the dropdown is blank and I cannot select an instance:

I did some research online, but I could not find a definitive solution to this problem.  Can anyone guide me in the right direction?  Thanks

    Hi,

When you installed SSRS, you had the chance to choose between the Default instance or a Named instance.

If you selected Named Instance, type the name of your instance. If you select to use the default instance, type MSSQLSERVER then click Next.

Let us know if it works.

    Hi,

Where you have installing the SRS Data Connector, if you installing in some other system it wont shows the SQL server name. Install it where you have installed SQL server.

Thanks & Regards, MS CRM Consultant, V.Surya.

Is your SSRS installation configured to use SSL as the setup program does have issues with this configuration?
