Monday, May 05, 2008 5:58 PMHi,
I've setup a POP3 mail box for user (firstname.lastname@example.org). But it seems to me, that CRM doesn't check this box (messages still in box - it viewable thought web mail). So I've some questions:
1. Where messages should arrives into CRM?
2. When I compose new e-mail in CRM it arrives with sender name like vl but I want full name.

You need to run the Email role wizard to deploy a mailbox role against this user's mailbox.

use the CRM Email Router Rule Wizard for this.
Monday, May 12, 2008 3:24 PMwhen I tried use a wizard - it writes me: the user does not have a mailbox (or AD attributes misspelled)... so I decide to use use Outlook. and I like it much more...
but I've got another issue:
In CRM 4.0 is two users:
Administrator (email@example.com) and
Ivanov Sergey (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Sergey creates Lead and press "Send Email"
If in "FROM" himself - everything well sending, but we would like to send first email from our corporate mailbox.
That is why Serguy choose in field from Administrator, press send and letters didn't goes away.
If open mail, it will be a message in notification area: This message has not yet been sent for delivery. For more details, see the manual.
I found nothing in manual.
We are working over Outlook 2007 client. Both accounts are presents in outlook. In preferences of each users in CRM incoming/outcoming sets to Outlook.
Please, suggest something.
