'm getting the following error message on a CRM 4.0 RU 21 in the event viewer:
Column 'BlockedAttachmentsForDownload' does not exist on Table 'Deployment'
As this was a new installation, I think the setup program updated all files to RU 10(?), but I've updated it to RU21.
I've tried this solution: http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;EN-US;974597, running the tool, but I'm getting this error two times when running it:
Command failed with the following message: Column 'BlockedAttachmentsForDownload
' does not exist on table Deployment
How can I fix this? I know this has something to do with RU6, but I've never installed RU6 on this installation but I supposed that the database that was imported had RU6 installed.

Did you ever resolve this. I also tried that solution and i got 2 errors just like you. I then tried installing UR6 but the column still wasn't created in the deployment table.

Tuesday, September 04, 2012 4:50 AMI am also getting same error after installing roll up 7, we already installed rollup 21 to resolve it, but no luck, still got same error, we tried by installing roll up 6 again but it doesn't work. What is the process to solve this issue.

Monday, October 08, 2012 4:17 AMIt was solved we have to uninstall existing rollups what we have installed after RU 6 and install RU 6. Then this issue will not come.
