what kind of mailbox are you referring too? Just taking a guess it sounds like you may have had a forwarding mailbox setup to process incoming emails? If that is true then all you would have to do is remove the forwarding rule from all the CRM USers Inboxes.
Check the users Rules and Alerts and see if there are any rules forwarding emails to the mailbox you are referring too

All your CRM users will have a Rule in their Rules and Qlerts in Outlook.
Also look on the machine that has the email router installed on it and see if you have a Rule Deployment Wizard tool installed. If CRM is down this tool might not work anymore though.
