I have CRM 2011 On-premise and an e-mail router setup with 2011 rollup update 1.
The e-mail router was setup to use pop/smtp settings and it works fine.
Sometimes I get the following error and it is being resolved by itself after a give amount of time.I was not able to figure out the error.
My E-mail settings are to
"Track all messages" and "Create contact/lead has been deselected.
For the incoming settings:
Incoming Status: Failure - An error occurred while executing POP3 command "STAT". The server response was: "-ERR login allowed only every 15 minutes".
I have deselected the create contact but the contact record is
this a bug?
