Ribbon Customization for Html Web Resource

  Hi,

  I have an html web resource and this resource is directly linked from navigation menu. Web resource doesn't depend on a specific entity.

  What i want to do is,  adding custom controls to ribbon menu when this web resource is displayed. Is it supported directly or can be implemented as a workaround?
