Now When I m trying to send a mail from that user,The mails are in pending send Status.
User setting is correct, I have checked the option to send emails on his behlf,And the Email address is also approved.
I am not getting why that mails are not coming ?

Have you selected "Email Access type - Outgoing" to Email Router in user entity ? and also make sure email address has been Approved.
In user entity there is a ribbon button called "Approve E-mail".
Hope this helps. If you get answer of your question, please mark the response as an answer and vote as helpful !

When you load the users. Did you try to test it in the email router?
If it is not successful. Then check in event viewer of the machine you installed email router. It will give you an error description.
I hope this helps.

After creating a incoming and outgoing profile. when you load the users, it will look like following screen
Select the user and click "test access".
and to run the event viewer. just type eventvwr on command prompt.
I hope this helps.

Hi Ankit,
If you are using Exchange Online in your outgoing emails profile then in your exchange server following web service needs to be configure first. other option that you can use SMTP server in your outgoing profile.
http://<server>/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Please download installation guide and follow all the steps

Thursday, January 17, 2013 1:17 PMAs vikram suggests you just need a smtp server to send the emails out.

Hi,
which email field you are using to send email?
Use the primaryemailaddress or emailaddress1 field for accounts/contacts.
