    Hi Luizhcota,

    It is very important that on which event do you want to start sending emails and to whom. You cannot directly send email after every 15 minutes but you can first create a manual workflow (which will send email) and then call that workflow in another workflow after every 15 minutes. Important thing is that on which event do you want to start all this and will receiver of email be always same?
