I have an issue with the authentication in the Customer Portal
1.- I installed the Customer Portal OnPremise with active directory (No Windows Live).
2.- I created a contact in CRM.
3.- I assigned name and password, but when I logged in with the username of the previously created contact, the user is not authenticated with CRM.

Have you created a contact or user in CRM? Make sure user needs to create not contact.
While creating user in crm text should be as "domainname\username". Make sure this username present in Active directory. After creating username try to access crm with this username.
