Hello,
in "Self-guided tour of what’s new in Dynamics CRM 2011" , I do not see the sales , marketing, or service module.
My user account access mode is read-write and my license type is full.
Any ideas?

Hi Peter,
It depends on your security role. Give yourself Administrator security role and then see whether you can access all of those areas.
I hope this helps. If my response answered your question, please mark the response as an answer and also vote as helpful.
