We have Portal hosted in Azure and connects fine to CRM Online. Can do all other functions (events, KB search etc) fine but when adding or trying to view a case get an error message as above.
The case description field is definitely included in the Cases Web View - any suggestions what could be causing this error msg?
Found the solution to this - our Description field in the Case Entity was setr to be compulsory... switch that back to Business Recommended etc and problem solved.....
Hope that saves someone the pain it caused me to track it down!
