Answered Setup 'Scheduled Services' functionality in partners portal accelerator

    Hi,

    I have configured Partners portal accelerator on Azure 

    When i try to schedule a service its giving me an message "No service availbale"

    However i have created few services in the crm system but still get the same messsage

    Can any one help me in configuring the system.

    Also i need some help in configuring the basic lead management functionality

    Hello Varun,

    You can try the following:

    • Make sure that in your MS Dynamics CRM instance, the keyword *WEB* is in the description of the service record
    • Invalidate your cache (more information in the Partner Portal Functionality and Administration Guide under "Cache Management")

    By lead management, did you mean Account/Contact management? Or is this in relation to the Customer Portal?
