azure Hosted site data store only on Trial CRM online But not on Licence CRM online

  Hello friends,

  I deploy /publish my MVC 4 application on window azure. in my applcation there is contact us form when i submit this form our requirement is that it need store into Dynamic CRM lead Entity.when i submit,Submitted data store  on only Trial CRM  but when i try to push data on  license CRM online It Give me following error .
  

  on Licence CRM after submittion error occured :processing request error
  

  How to solve this issue.

  Please send some work around.
