I get the following error in my log when trying to import the customer portal for CRM 2011. On the Lead | Form
0x80044150 - Index was outside the bounds of the array.
I have no other solutions in my CRM and just using CRM 2011 Online.
In the Import summary it also says that SQL error occurred. Same error when trying to import the Partner Portal.
On the import log spreadsheet it has a message reading: "A record with these values already exists. A duplicate record cannot be created. Select one or more unique values and try again."
The customer portal zip file (the exact same one) successfully imported into an On Premise version of CRM 2011. The only difference between the two CRM besides the fact that one is online and one is on premise is the version numbers:
CRM 2011 On Premise Version: 5.0.9690.1992 DB Version: 5.0.9690.1992 (successfully imported)
CRM 2011 Online Version: 5.0.9688.1561 (failed imported)
I am using the latest version of the Customer Portal: 1.0.0013

Thursday, May 10, 2012 2:55 AMI just finished - not getting any errors, so solution is fine on default non-customized online org. Next steps is to see what customizations you've made to Online org. You will get this error when you are importing customizations to the entity trying to override attributes on another entity with same name. In this case you should check for Lead entity and compare
