My workflow is supposed to email my field reps (the owners of the leads) when they have a new appointment. Using the dynamic content (which is way cool) I send them the date, time, and other lead info so they can print it off and take it to the GPS units in their trucks.<br/><br/>My workflow looks like it should work and I have it set up to run on demand. When I run it on my leads, it says it is successful...but email never gets sent. The system messages says it is successful but no email ever gets to my guys. <br/><br/>I am now testing with myself as the owner and the sender. I'm an admin and my ingoing and outgoing email settings use the Outlook CRM settings. The problem I am having is the complete lack of integration with the 2 solutions. Tasks I create in BCM do not appear in exchange tasks and therefore not on my mobile phone which is also connected to exchange. BCM does not have a calendar as such and I also have 2 completely separate address books. one is exchange and one in BCM. I could choose to only use the BCM address book but then i have no cross platform sync with bcm as i do with exchange.<br/><br/>So my question is, Does dynamics solve this? We have Dynamics CRM Online account. I export a report from CRM Online to Excel. I also have the CRM for outlook installed on my machine. When I open the exported report in Excel and click on &quot;Refresh from CRM&quot; button I am automatically logged off from CRM.<br/><br/>If I try to navigate to some page in CRM I get the Login screen. The CRM.Application.Hoster.Exe is still running and shows the status as online. But practically it is logged off. If I restart outlook the CRM interface for outlook comes up properly and I am able to navigate. <br/><br/>But some of the users are not as lucky as I am. They have to restart their whole system before they can login to CRM. Their outlook hangs up.<br/><br/>Has anybody faced this kind of problem?<br/><br/>The steps to reproduce the error are:<br/>1. Start Outlook<br/>2. Navigate to the reports section in the CRM folder<br/>3. Open any one report<br/>4. Export it to Excel<br/>5. Open the excel file<br/>6. Click Refresh from CRM<br/>7.
