Corrupt backup and cannot reconfigure

    When performing a backup, I get the error message: "OneCare found that backup on your device is corrupt. Please reconfigure you backup, and then please try again."  - (verbatim, incorrect english and all)

     

    I can accept that the destination location has an issue.  Problem is that the "Change Settings" button does not open the Change setting dialog so I cannot reconfigure the backup.  I've tried shutting down OneCare and restarting.  When I do this, the "change settings" button launches the "A program needs your permission to continue" dialog.  After granting permission, nothing else happens.

     

    Any thoughts?
