I'm trying to open CRM but I'm getting an error:
CRM Online account.
An error has occurred.

I would try logging in on a different machine if you have one available and/or try other credentials on your machine. Maybe even try logging in using IE in Private Browsing mode
If the issue happens on more than one machine and with more than one user it could be an issue with your Org so I would recommend opening a case with MS at that point.
