Customer Portal not creating campaign responses

  • Hello,

    We have the Customer Portal set up to allow customers to book onto events.  This creates campaign responses in the CRM.  However, sometimes it does not create them and just creates a lead with source campaign empty.  Has anyone else had this problem?  Is it a bug or can it be resolved?

  • Sorted I think, didn't quite have the multiple responses set up correctly for multiple delegates in the same booking.
