In order to be eligible for the Bonus Pack, you must purchase a new computer from a select list of system builders that preinstall an OEM version of Windows Vista. Unfortunately, you do not qualify since you purchased a retail version of Windows Vista Ultimate edition and installed it yourself on a computer you already own. Please review the following:
How can I tell if the copy of Microsoft Windows that was installed on my computer is eligible for the BONUS PACK offer?: http://www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible/

Dear deltaepsylon,
If you purchased your machine from a participating System Builder (www.localpcbuilder.com/eligible), but when you try to redeem you are told you are ineligible, it may be because you have not yet activated your copy of Windows. Please try the following steps:
-
Right click on your "My Computer" / "Computer" icon and select properties.
-
Scroll down to the last header, which should be "Windows activation".
- If Windows has not yet been activated, do so now.
- Try redeeming the offer again.
If you still fail eligibility, please create a support incident at https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860, then post the incident ID here so I can contact you directly.
Thank you,
Jenifer
