Activate my Anytime Upgrade?

  I purchased a Toshiba Satelite L745D Laptop and with it came an Anytime Upgrade within the other software and files found in the start menu.  When I click on it, I am confused by the information.  Do I get to upgrade my Home Premium that came with my LT at no charge (incl. in my LT purchase price) or do I have to buy the upgrade as an additional expense?

  Please advise.  Thanks!
