Dear wex1286,
Your diagnostic report also indicates you are running a Retail version of Windows:
Windows License Type: Retail
From recent reports I believe that Windows may not have been activated, causing it to show an ineligible version. Please follow the following steps:
- Right click on your "My Computer" / "Computer" icon and select properties.
- Scroll down to the last header, which should be "Windows activation".
- If Windows has not yet been activated, do so now.
- Try redeeming the offer again.
If you are still unable to redeem the offer, please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.
Thank you,
Jenifer
