- I need a Genuine Software MS Office on Yearly Licence Basis for a nominal charge, is it possible, If it is provided I can recommend the same to alll my friends to Buy a Genuine Software. Also I need the OEM Software on yearly rental basis, is it possible for Microsoft to issue such Licence.

- Microsoft does not sell OEM software directly to individual consumers. Nor does it "rent" software. You can purchase genuine Microsoft Office software at the Microsoft Store.
