    I need a Genuine Software MS Office on Yearly Licence Basis for a nominal charge, is it possible, If it is provided I can recommend the same to alll my friends to Buy a Genuine Software.  Also I need the OEM Software on yearly rental basis, is it possible for Microsoft to issue such Licence.

    Microsoft does not sell OEM software directly to individual consumers.  Nor does it "rent" software.  You can purchase genuine Microsoft Office software at the Microsoft Store.
