Windows Vista Bonus Back Ultimate Offer. Custom Build Ordered in Time Delivered on 7/16

  Order my custom build Windows Vista Ultimate PC within the required time, however was not delivered until 7/16, after the promotion ended. I also previously contacted customer support on 7/1 and was informed that the promo will be open for 45 days to allow for orders similar to mine. How can I still obtain the Windows Vista Ultimate Promo Pack?
