I had Vista Ultimate PC built, but I recently moved so I don't have internet connected. I downloaded the MGA program from my laptop and ran it on the Vista PC. Saved the resulting information and have copied it here. I had to activate Vista over the phone since it is not connected to the internet. Report following:

Dear Nathan,
We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum.
Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.
Thank you,
Jenifer
