Can I change the Language?

  I have just signed for the Windows Genuine Advantage Scheme. I live in Cyprus so when I turn to the Special Offiers for
  Advantage owners it comes up in the Greek language. Although I know a little Greek, English is my first language, so what I would like to know is how can I change this page so it come up in the English language.
