- i recently bought a laptop at argos with all the microsoft stuff on (word, powerpoint, excel ect) and to get the full package i had to enter a product key. There was a sticker with a product key and a certificate of authenticity on the bottom of the laptop. But when i entered this product key into my new laptop it wouldn't accept it. I tryed again and again but it was always wrong. I was definately typing in the correct thing so i dont know why it would work. Because of this, after 60 days it wouldnt allow me to use any microsoft program until i put the product key in. I have just started my gcse and i need desperately need word to do all my coursework. I am getting increasingly pissed off with this now so HELP ME!
