- definetely microsoft is the worst. i have been on the phone since 430 pm (it is 1100 pm) trying to get through the endless wait that microsoft support has put me through. I am outrage, they make me wait 50 minutes, listening to a horrifying music and then they hang up on me. I have call 6 times already and the same thing, the only good thing is that waiting time has gone down, the latest count was 12 minutes. This is unheard of... I have always have pcs and i could have swear by microsoft two years ago when i updated to vista, i call for support and it was excellent, i did not have to wait and they were very good, kind, and prompt in solving my numerous problems. now it sucks, i am pretty sure i will not be able to get through with this problem. i will ditch microsoft altogether, and if i need to buy microsoft i will find creative ways to buy it, if you know what i mean.
