QuestionEmail account disappeared - can't get into

    I have been trying for the last 3 days to get a response form a 'custome service person'  (which your company does not have) to find out what the problem is.    I have filled out the same form at least 4 times and have attempted to change my password (per your request) but can't seem to get anywhere.     My email account is very important to my job and my household accounts.      Why can't I get some help?
