I have purchased the windows Genuine Advantange Kit for XP, but not received the 25 character Product key for it for more than one month?
How can I get someone to send it to my email?

The MS reps have posted to others that the confirmation email you get within 5 minutes of placing your order is supposed to have a phone number to call in case of problems in receiving the Product Key or the physical materials.
Did you call the number?

I think it says on the first email that it can take up to 10 days to get the product key.
I found that once I had spoken to customer support that the product key turned up within hours.
