Note that the report says you have an invalid VLK, which means that (a) your Dell computer has a Volume Licensing edition of Office Enterprise 2007 installed, and that (b) an invalid Volume Licensing Key (VLK) was used to install it. An "invalid" VLK is one that was not issued by Microsoft, rather software pirates use a program that reverse engineers the Product Key algorithm and then uses it to generate new "keygen" Product Keys that will install the product but will not pass the latest verion of Office Validation, since they are not Microsoft-generated Product Keys.
The report also tells us that your installation of Visio Professional 2007 is a Volume Licensing installation. If your use of this license is not in association with the business, educational or governmental organization that is the rightful holder of this Volume License, then your use of this product is also nongenuine.
As an individual consumer you should never have been sold Volume Licensing materials for either Office Enterprise or Visio, such as a VL CD, and you certainly should not have received an invalid Product Key.
Your first course of action is to confront your seller with this information and demand either a full refund or to receive the genuine software you paid for.
If the seller refuses to help, please file a piracy report at www.microsoft.com/piracy. Also, you may be able to participate in the Office Genuine Offer to purchase a discounted replacement copy of office, and depending upon whether you received "high quality" counterfeit materials, you may qualify for the Office Complimentary Offer. Please see the FAQ here: http://www.microsoft.com/genuine/downloads/FAQ.aspx?displaylang=en#ID0EKNAC To participate in the Office Genuine Offer, please click on the Learn More Online link being dispyed on your screen by the OGA Notifications utility.
One other possibility is that at one time your computer did have a Genuine installation of Office installed, but for some reason it was replaced with the current installation which is nongenuine. This could have happened if you took your computer to a repair shop and they reinstalled Windows and/or some or all of your programs. You Get Genuine once again by uninstalling the current nongenuine installation of Office and using your Genuine Microsoft hologrammed Office installation CDs to put back the genuine installation of Office you may have already had on the computer.
